My biggest issue is that the guy who is responsible for reporting forgets something new each month, so last month had one bit of information missing or inaccurate, my colleagues and I support him, explain what is wrong, to be fair he fixes it the next month but a new problem arises.
Today he's taken a charge that he makes every month and has done correctly every month and now put it on a separate report, meaning I have to go back in and fix his errors as it's quicker than waiting for him to correct....🙈

I'm experiencing some grief pretty heavily and not wanting to allow myself grace for it because we didn't have that pet that long.
Not that I wouldn't meet someone else in my shoes with more empathy and compassion than I am willing to give to myself.
I just can't shake the "What if"s that maybe I didn’t do all I could have soon enough. That the poor kitten could've somehow been saved if I had just taken action earlier. That this was preventable and his death is in part my fault. I keep failing to accepy that no matter what I did or didn't do, it wouldn't have changed the final diagnosis. Nothing I did made that kitty sick. There's no telling if any of the 3 rescues we never called because it was after hours even had the black market medicine. What if the vet was wrong.

@Starcrossed we do our best for our pets where they can’t tell us the problems. We rely on the advice from our vets that we will make the best decisions for those animals. You gave it a loving, warm home whilst it was on this earth so be proud of that. It’s ok to grieve however little time you have them they are part of your family.

5 PM Tie caught in paper shredder...so I'm off to Harrod's.
11 AM
Air-sick executive assistant threw up in my briefcase 💼
ONGOING
Our contracted electrician, thought he'd have a try at the plumbing too.
Now, whenever we run the vacuum cleaner, we loose water pressure.
BREAKFAST
Roadworks crew clipped my Amazon parcel at curb with steam roller. It's now a permanent part of our
cul-de-sac.

Primnproper · 56-60, F
@ChipmunkErnie I totally understand that, because of my husbands mental health I can be up most nights sitting with him.
ChipmunkErnie · 70-79, M
@Primnproper Part of my problem these days is that I've spent decades often working at night and sleeping during the day; but with my wife's dementia I'm trying to be up in the mornings to turn on the TV for her -- she can't remember how to do it -- and make sure she's okay for the morning.
Primnproper · 56-60, F
@ChipmunkErnie awe..yes my sister was diagnosed with alzheimers at 59..its progressing quickly.😔

Waiting from 11:00 to 3:10 for a fedex shipment to arrive that required a signature. Driver arrived at 3:08 with the packages, dropped them on my porch and was walking to his truck when I inquired about signing for them .
He told me no signature required.
I was pissed. 4 hours of my time wasted.

I got a pretty wicked migraine this morning. I just have a bit of a headache left over. My migraine medication to help prevent them is due Friday and the weather has been changing like crazy so there’s a few triggers.
Primnproper · 56-60, F
@iamonfire696 hope it sorts itself out soon.
