Waiting from 11:00 to 3:10 for a fedex shipment to arrive that required a signature. Driver arrived at 3:08 with the packages, dropped them on my porch and was walking to his truck when I inquired about signing for them .
He told me no signature required.
I was pissed. 4 hours of my time wasted.
