No, not at all. I feel that each person should be able to show their emotions, even if they end up crying. This goes for both men and women.

I figure if a man is crying he is in exstordinary pain of some variety. Men have been trained not to cry so tears indicate to me that something is very, very wrong.

Honestly I keep my emotions bottled in so much. If I do cry I'll probably get angry and kill everyone in the room as well. I do cry sometimes at night listening to a song. Or when I'm trying to actually feel something. I'm annoyed and pissed off that it's considered weakness. If someone does consider crying weakness. Or is obsessed with 'definition of 'real' man' I instantly lose respect and avoid them.
