no, beliefs must always be chalenged , without confrontation with people who think differently we would not evolve and society would not evolve. and appearance?? people can look the way they want and I love to see people of different styles, it means I live in an open-minded society where personal freedom is respected. the day I see only people people acting and thinking and dressing exactly like me is the day I will be living in a totalitarian theocracy. no thank you.

Appearance, no. Morals, probably. Beliefs, it would have to be a mix. I like my beliefs being based on a combination of knowledge and morals. Having the same morals would anchor us to a foundation. And then people with different knowledge would cause variance in beliefs within that framework. Variance of beliefs allows us to continue growing and evolving as a society.
