Yes I feel that way too it sux alot but it's in the past and you can't change it...I've had my own traumas I still deal with all the time I just handle it day by day 🤗

Same. Literally same. It holds me back so much. But I'll give you a tip that has really really reaalllyyyyy helped me: acknowledging your small wins. Reaching small goals and Patting yourself on the back. I swear it helps you grow.

There is nothing that can be done about the past. That’s ok too. The past is a construction of the mind. It doesn’t really exist. It is only present in your memory and imagination. Try to have a new thought and a great new day. It’s important for your future and a better tomorrow too!

Best way to forget is stop living in the past and move on with your life. If it is a ex get a new boyfriend or girlfriend. If it is your parent's cut them out of your life. If it is the area u live move to some place new. If it is a old friend get out there and make new friend's

{@woofwoof15] sorry too here this it is very sad but some waters run deep and horrible memories can scar you mentally. i have them from when i young have you spoken too anyone about talking and getting help for this
