I had a video of a cat enjoying being groomed. It was an older cat and not able to clean itself. The woman told me she knew cats better than me and the vets trusted her with her own cats so she knows what she's talking about but was highly upset that I shared this video of a cat enjoying the groomers.
She went as far as to blow up my inbox about it with long rants about how cats aren't supposed to be groomed but then I posted a few links from vets and stuff that said that generally cats don't need to be groomed but there is sometimes when it's okay like a cat can't take care of itself anymore and for general health at some point.
She was VERY upset about it and then told me in a bunch of emails how she's an expert on the topic.

@HoeBag Oh yeah actually I kind of hope she's doing okay even tho she blocked me, makes me wonder when users drop off. It was really a stupid argument lol but I think it was fated because she kinda kept coming at me and I got too tired to remain polite.

Even if cats are not suppose to be groomed, I imagine it wouldn't hurt them if done properly.
Well unless someone was chasing it around with a garden hose that had a pressure nozzle attached. That might not be the right way.
Oh and off subject but here is an unrelated joke you can share with your deeply religious acquaintances -

I replied to a post that I wasn’t in debt, would not use credit cards and if I didn’t have the money then I’d save up till I did to buy something and that I never had a new car, saved my income tax refunds and bought another used car with a trade in. She must have gotten offended and blocked me immediately after I posted my reply.

@Moneyonmymind no, it’s not like I have a lot of fancy stuff. And I didn’t care if things matched perfectly etc. either. Nothing to gloat about, I cared more about not burying myself in debt to have things to show off.

Sometimes we get blocked by people we *thought* were cool and yeah it hurts a bit, but in those cases, they really are doing us a favor. A blessing in disguise.
