Got blocked by somebody on my main account
And also got blocked on this account. These accounts are not linked. I wonder how that happened?

It's the way the admins have redesigned the website. When I first got here in 2021, some folks blocked me on this account, but not on @CorvusBlackthorne. Those people, I can still sometimes interact with. Then, when I created @ProphetOfFarblesnozz, I suddenly saw all the people who had me blocked on this account, as well as all the people who had me blocked on the Corvus account.
But now, anybody who blocks one of my accounts, blocks them all. This is not because everybody knows the three accounts are linked, since even though I've been honest about them being linked, a lot of folks didn't get the memo. So I have to assume the website has been redesigned such that when you block one account, you block all linked accounts.

@Punches TexChick. That brings back memories. She blocked me within a month of me creating my account back in 2021. Then, last year, I found she had unblocked me. I stumbled upon her talking some trash about how she didn't have to respect anybody's pronouns. I proceeded to call her sir and dude until she blocked me again.

i have an alt account that is linked that i almost never use but i can see some of the people who have blocked this account...like keeper, hootiethenightowl, texchik, abbeyrhode and others...but any new blocks then both accounts can't see them...it's kinda weird

That happens a lot. I'm actually surprised how come I am NOT blocked on both accounts. No consistency.

Depends on IP addresses, VPN signatures as well as device signatures. Each might be different or even the same. The algorithm can sort some of that out. But not always.
Once it does figure it out, it's likely to keep up the block lists though. The block list itself can be the signature given enough blocks.
