When new people join and introduce themselves

As soon as I see she’s a young woman who looks like a model from some miscellaneous country who makes 20 different detailed posts about the history of her country along with fascinating tales about her mama and papa and adventures with her glamorous friends…….

Then I know for sure she’s legit.

No, but i do take notice of how things are worded, their general personality and you can often see the reinventors..
Ive also wondered if new accounts are generated to fill slumps sometimes..

same with what @NativePortlander1970 said. if one is new and chimes in with "hey i'm new here what can i expect" then i'll give them a chance...but if you're new an your first post is a "feel sorry for me" post or a nudie one then i leave those types alone. i remember when i came on here a couple of years ago someone said i was too "new" and didn't trust me until they saw a few more posts...haha...maybe that was you @NativePortlander1970 🤣

Zero posts from them and I forget where they claimed to be from.

Well, to be honest, it's rare that my guard ever comes down on here, so someone new definitely hits solid walls when approaching me. I don't give a passing thought to whether they are an alt or a troll or just your every day average freak ... they are new and that's all that matters. 🤷‍♀
