Do you want to change something in your life?

Anething like eating less hamburgers or codependency or cutting back on alcohol or whatever you struggle with? *non judgmental post* plz keep it that way
Id like to find the indomitable possitivism i had when i was younger ....it was full of enthusiasm and gun- hoe-edness and always found silver linings and leapt at opportunities - nothing was too big or too hard or too difficult to have a go at, and failure was never felt as a problem.

I miss it .

Yes, I'd like to cut down on my alcohol consumption....but I struggle with doing so. Every so often I end up getting drunk and often for several days in a row.

I just want to be more independent and have less anxiety 😩
I would like to be more active and exercise more. I feel like because I just sit around all the time now, that I more than likely have health issues. Our bodies aren't meant to just sit in one place for hours on end, but it is difficult to get off the computer and do other things.
I'm into this low carb diet thing lately. I've read wonderful benefits about it so I hope it will work out for me. 🤷‍♀️
I’m trying to get back to being around people. I like being around my loved ones, but I don’t reach out as much as I should. The one person I call consistently is my father, but I should go visit more often.

I’ve made good progress on things I wanted to do so far and want to continue in that direction. Just getting started with a volunteer group at work to hopefully get a bit more comfortable interacting in person, but I’ll miss the first one. I’ve been tasked with scoping out the second so we’ll get there. 👍

It seems I inherited the family gene on my dad's side. As my dad and his mother aged both had to take a pill to keep their blood sugar in line. My doctor recently told me I had to start watching my sugar and carbs. ☹️ So I now have to take a pill and a weekly Ozempic injection. Every since my doctor told me I had to watch my blood sugar numbers I have craved sweets. I would love to be able to cut back on my sugar and carb intake.
