Never and never even tried it. As a child my mother was and it totally put me off whenever she was near me it’s all I could smell. It was vile. Neither of my children grew up to smoke either.

Only quit when i was pregnant.

I’m a cigarette smoker. I started smoking at 18. I’ve reluctantly tried quitting a few times, but always, eventually, taken up the habit again. Now, I admit I’m pretty much hopelessly, and helplessly addicted and have accepted I’m never putting myself through the quitting process again. I still enjoy smoking cigarettes (way to much), so, despite the constant cravings and related health concerns, I get a lot of both mental, as well as, physical, satisfaction from my habit.

Started at 17. Actually, my first one was when I was 10 and smoked a camel non-filter butt out of my dad’s ashtray. Do not recommend the latter.

At 13 years, it has been 50 years but haven't stopped yet. High time to give up, maybe.

Ive only Smoked a cigarette maybe once or twice when I was drunk because my girlfriend said it would help me not feel dizzy or nauseous and she was right. I was dead against it because I grew up in that environment with everyone smoking and I hated it so I never touched one again. But I do dabble with some greenery every now And again. And I've been known to smoke a cigar or 2 but not a habit just occasionally. Cigarettes are a big turn off for me

If I happen to walk by someone who has just lit a Marlboro Red or a Camel filter..... that first smoke coming off the end of that cigarette is intoxicating. Probably the only time I think about smoking again.... Weird but true.

Started around 16, quit at 29. Cold turkey. Just made the decision to and stuck to it. Not saying I didn't have cravings, oh did I, but I just wanted to be rid of that addiction.

I was like.. 15 when i started smoking. I switched to vaping in an attempt to quit when i was maybe 25. Now i vape more than i smoked...

The first time I grabbed a cig out of my mom's ash tray when she left the room, I was 6(!). By the time I was 8 I was stealing packs from her, and by the time I was ten she had given up and let me smoke at home as long as I didn't get caught at school again.
