Go for necessities. Some are dried products such as rice, pasta, ramen, bouillon, canned goods, health related: ibuprofen, toothpaste, soap for person/?dish washing use, paper towels, toilet paper( stock up- never know when the gov’t is planning on lockdowns/ mandates). Buy limited amts of beef, pork or chicken. For me, no junk food though I do enjoy mixing onion soup mix w/ sour cream for a dip with whole grain crackers.

No, I go after work with healthy intentions and then get depressed after I've packed all my groceries away coz I find I've got no yummy snacks ...only healthy shit .
