Whilst I agree with you about not owing anyone your block choices, I must confirm that it's true that there are cliques here, because... why did 9 users, who I barely knew (apart from YoMomma who had always interacted with my posts or Trav2024 who had tried to chat me up), blocked me after I had an argument with AdmiralPrune?
I can understand if AdmiralPrune ended up blocking me, but the others... what did they have to do with that argument?
I only block people if they're very rude to me or if they block me first, not because I'm a sheeple!

This is why I choose not to.

Truth is best revealed once the option of an alternative isn't required to discover...it.

I prefer a karma score over blocking. When you post, or respond, you simply get an upvote or downvote or no response. But, everyone can see who downvoted you (or upvoted). I’ve always felt it adds a bit of decorum.

Completely agree with you I glanced at a post about it but scrolled on because ya, if you block someone it’s for a reason.

I quit trying to understand why people do what they do here and focus on interacting with positive and fun people. My drama tank runneth over without the assistance of SW.

If someone blocks me in this site for any particular reason, the most obvious will be politics, I won't lose any sleep over it.

I just don’t know why they make blocks so secretive. Is it really necessary to show half a conversation in a thread to someone that’s been blocked? Why not just block comments specific to the individual(s) that have their tits in a wringer?

Honestly the one people I have blocked on here are overtly racist. If people want to block each other than it’s not my business.
