I have reasons for who I block. All of them.

So here’s a novel thought..who I choose to block is nobody’s business but my own. Turning it into posts, crying about it to each other, and calling it “cliques” is ridiculous, very 8th-grade and less adult, and honestly just makes me relieved I chose the block button.

I usually remove myself from all the whining, but this crossed into stupid.

Whilst I agree with you about not owing anyone your block choices, I must confirm that it's true that there are cliques here, because... why did 9 users, who I barely knew (apart from YoMomma who had always interacted with my posts or Trav2024 who had tried to chat me up), blocked me after I had an argument with AdmiralPrune?
I can understand if AdmiralPrune ended up blocking me, but the others... what did they have to do with that argument?
I only block people if they're very rude to me or if they block me first, not because I'm a sheeple!

@dareme When I block or am blocked, it is typically amongst the MAGA crowd. We are talking "front of the line". 😄 I think I am on the block list for their clique. 🙂

Others are random reasons like if they play the block/unblock game, p3rvs and "Strict moms" asking if I have kids, or if it is older men who often post pics that would make a goat s*ck.

Most people ignore me so when I DO get something more than a mere reaction to my posts, it often turns into a pleasant conversation.

@Bexsy I am usually slow to block for a few reasons - it creates too much monologue, plus sometimes people end up going incognito or their alt account to see what was posted, which defeats the purpose of block in the first place.

There are very few on here that I truly dislike, though. I will say that if I had but ONE block to use, I would use it on that sunsporter guy. 😡

@dareme i was blocked by a few you mention and 5 days later was unblocked. Didnt even know why i was blocked to begin with. Dont care. Probably politics after reading this post

@ronisme1 I'll never know if they eventually unblock me, because I'll never unblock them. Once I block someone, it's forever.
