What does a guy want at the age of say 35?

Probably a house. 35 seems to be the age when they get the taste for renovating or decorating. I remember my dad doing it when I was a toddler and my brother who is 35 is doing that now with his toddlers. 😂

I had my wife and two kids, a house with a mortgage, and good health. The main thing I wanted was a better job, and I found one within a year.

Happy relationship, some children if blessed and a home to come home to everyday

A family.

I know my other half always wanted peace and quiet at that age.

I hope different things then in their past.

Retirement, and loads of money.

He wants to stop aging right there.

Same thing i want at age 63 but now I'm too old. Only difference is that I now I could potentially afford to buy it.

Depends on the guy, I imagine. Some may be ready to settle down, start a family; others may want to postpone that to further establish their careers. Still others might want something altogether different.

Marriage and kids.. I hope. Although the guy I know is 36.

I'm more interested in what a man wants at 45? 🤔

Personally? Just a job, a better guitar, and less physical pain. 😅

Money, drugs and women?

A piece of dirt, a job and women his circle of friends are jealous of. A bit of respect.

These days? A sense of stability and having to stress about how to keep everything going for the family's sake.

Stability?

I was married with a young kid then.

If he's already married with 2.5 kids, a minivan and a mortgage, then he wants a mistress because he's not getting what he needs at home.

If he's not married nor ever has been married but all his friends are married and he see's them in their Dodge minivan which is rusting out badly, then he's looking for a woman who's already had a hysterectomy.

This becomes his more focused search because any woman he meets who's also 35 years old, is desperate to get pregnant and quite frankly anyone will do at that stage of the game for her.

This however means that he's made himself extremely vulnerable to entrapment from some single woman of 35 who never got married, doesn't have kids, partied her face off all her life but suddenly had to start thinking seriously when her hormonal clock alarm suddenly couldn't be silenced any longer after she'd hit about 33.

Understanding all of this intuitively, that 35 year old guy now wants a red Porsche because red Porsches don't rust out like Dodge minivans.
