Do you have a memory, for better or worse, that you will never let go of?

When you get older (I'm really old so I know whereof I speak) almost all you have left are memories.

The evening I had to call my manager to tell him that our colleague and friend had jumped off a building.

Yes really bad memories as a child, teenager and adult. I try to block them out and try being in a happy mood most of the time.
