Toxic traits...

I shut down when my feelings are not respected . I become aloof and dismissive towards that person ..

I'm sometimes too suspicious of people which is due to trauma but still, have to find a balance so I'm not using it as an excuse. A lot of what I feel about people, at least in my opinion, is true to an extent but being a full on pessimist is also a losing attitude that results in analysis paralysis and distrust of the self. That's kind of a losing war I think. I been trying to work on it by knowing that changing my thought patterns means a whole bunch.

I also have an anxious avoidant attachment style in real life so pretty much this means that we want to be loved but we'll always keep you at arm's length while having semi normal lives. I'll feel like I can trust someone and then something will take over where I get this intense fear and then while I won't push them away exactly, I'll go completely dark.

I’m pretty bitter and distrustful. I’m also very intolerant of foolish and irrational behavior.

I'm just too perfect

I tend to push people away or get too attached to them, it creates conflict to myself or them

Anger when stressed in some situations
Easily frustrated/angered by things that shouldn't bring up such reaction
Terrible at comforting someone in distress
Lack of communication even with those I care about
Cynicism and negative thinking

I internalise everything to the point of self torture and driving myself insane. I feel too much or nothing at all.

I am not toxic, but I am a scutch

Overly sensitive and everything that encompasses.

I'm distrustful. I hold grudges. I am hurt easily. I don't take a lot of chances.

Not known for suffering fools.

I have low self esteem that relates back to my childhood
