(There are 12 known symptoms, you only need 3 to be diagnosed with it. I have 11. A neurologist has said mine is like having Dyslexia, Schizophrenia and Epilepsy all at the same time. And then prescribed Paracetamol 4x daily)

I would take things less literally and understand sarcasm better...(That's more than one I know) But I often have issues with those and struggle a bit.
