My boyfriend told me once that when he first saw me he had to do a double take.

This morning on the way to eat breakfast he did a double take on a pile of free dirt.

My wife noticed my double take the first time I really saw her. I had probably seen her many times before, but that was the first time I REALLY saw her. She has also noticed my double takes at other beautiful women over the years.
