Weeellppp...hmm..u kno...seems to meeee.....thaaat (assuming the current brains to match) using the mechanical leverage provided by said gym equipment, along with strategically placed nut/z between the unused stack and a lifted weight left to free-fall woulda loooong already resulted in more processed stock than you could nibble though for the next decade's worth of winters, eh...

then again, im not much into eating seeds for a living or regimented exercise on purpose, so ye
