Truck load of suspect as a kid

Figured grown ups were supposed to have all the answers...

Turns out most are just taller children with looming debt an back pain.

When I got my first house I used to walk in at first and think, this place looks like a grown-ups house! (I'm not kidding.)

Luckily don’t have debt nor back pain.. yet 🤣

But definitely taller than when I was 10, phew 😮‍💨

I'm curious, what makes you say that? Is your neighbor a know it all, or does it seem that older folks are mental giants?
Punxi · F
@PatKirby I don't judge.

It's just past interesting, now a bit dull that several of my colleagues live in the future.

Thats when things'll happen...including a time to grow up.

Important point you make here. Long story short. At 13 some African tribes take the boy into the jungle for a couple of weeks and teach him how to hunt down game and bring it back to the clan. He is expected to take a wife, provide for her and start their family. He is then considered to be a man.

In many contemporary Western cultures today young men are still in a psychological and emotional frame of mind resembling a juvenile - clear into their late 30s and beyond. The culture promotes this. I know of someone in his 50s who is still party, party, party, hasn't saved a dime and still expecting his mother to award him her house upon her passing. Sad state of affairs.
