It's Christmas how can u have a bad day

Begin to use and practice everything you do with your left hand now. Work on it. I can write upside down and backwards with both hands.

I have become the only truly ambidextrous person I have ever met. People say they are but they aren’t. I can throw, catch, bowl, golf , bat throw dribble, shoot and so much more. I’ve been working hard on it since I was a boy.

I cannot play tennis. I have no backhand. I throw the racket from hand to hand.

So, if you want to find a daily activity that will take your time. Learn to be left and right handed.

🤷‍♂️You can read my poetry? It's like you don't even have to think at all.

@gdon39 That's a lot of work. Maybe later then.

@Lostpoet I don't think so, perhaps but if that is too much work let's not fain interest. Best of luck to you.l

@gdon39 I just don't want to give out my email to someone on here.
Put your best music on loud. Dance. Sing.
Have a long hot bath or shower.
Call someone who loves you.
Write it out. Then burn the written words.
Watch a good movie.
Go for a walk. Nature is the best therapy. Notice the beauty around you.

I'm sorry to hear you've had a shitty day, @qreeztea.

The "unhelpful in the short-term, but good in the long-term" advice: Hang in there! Things get better; you just have to survive the current storm.

Now, the (maybe) more helpful short-term advice: What to do to distract yourself really depends on what you like., However, one good way for me to lose hours (it seems) is to start watching videos on YouTube. Before long, I've followed so many suggested videos that I've spent a few hours and still have a dozen (or more) open tabs with other videos to watch.

If you want to talk to somebody about things, please feel free to reach out to me. I promise, no pervy stuff. Just talk with somebody who has been through a shitload of shitty days, and is willing to lend a sympathetic ear. 🤗🤗🤗
