@waleskinder I used the tuna method and let it get a whiff, I knew it was hungry after being up there for 24 hours. (My neighbors told me)...I got up on a chair and held a laundry basket up for the cat to jump in and he got on the deck roof and jumped in the basket and ate all the food I gave him. Never saw him again. But the neighbors who told me said he had gotten on their roof and someone else’s and they had people climb up and get it down. I told them I used psychology and got him down because I wasn’t going to climb up to a roof.

I moved and had a cat...no screen on my kitchen window and it was balmy one morning in my apartment so I opened the window to get some fresh air before work and my cat got out. She went behind the apartment to the straight tall pine tree. I had to go to work and there was a cat on the ground staring up at her, I guess he chased her up there. I chased the cat away and then begged her to come down and she wouldn’t do it. I went inside and got the laundry hamper and told her to come down and jump. She still wouldn’t do it. So I told her that I had to go to work and if she didn’t get down now that I would leave her up there all day long...she decided to come down then and jumped into the hamper.
