Not bad, although depending on the job you might want to wear a top that covers the tats.

It honestly doesn’t look that professional. The shoes and shirt look like something the belongs at a club, not at a job.

I think you are on the right track but your skirt is a little short and you should really consider hiding the tattoos

Bar tending would depend on what other's are wearing. So I normally go for a black long sleeve collard shirt with dark denim jeans. And a brown belt because that's what most bar tenders where I live wear.
