How to reduce tiredness?

I have been stressed due to exams and my personal life lately :/ Everyone in my life is busy so I don't really have anyone to talk to. I always get super lonely and down during exam time. I feel tired constantly I think probably due to stress which leads to me not taking a lot of information in.

If anyone has any advice or tips it would be much appreciated 😭

When I was in college, I would take regular breaks to let go of stress. I'd go out somewhere for a couple hours to try and enjoy myself. While out, it was kind of a self-imposed rule that I couldn't think about studying or exams while I was out. When I got home, it was back to studying for a few hours before bed. You better retain information just before sleep, anyway. Makes spending the whole day studying seem like a bit of a waste.

You need to sleep.

Study some and sleep some more. Make sure you are having some fun when you can.
Exercise/stretch and listen to some music to refresh yourself.

You can catch up with friends and family after you’re done with exams.

@SW-User Thanks for the advice :)

I am planning on not talking with friends until after my exams but it's just so hard to deal with loneliness when you know you can't really speak to anyone

Stress is the one you need to reduce as much as possible.
So. Do all the dull stuff you know you're supposed to anyway !
That's proper bedtimes. Proper mealtimes. Proper study. Proper exercise.
Get a routine going that affords all these to be taken into account.

Sounds dull i know. Theory goes that this part of life is where you invest in your future. After that, everybody else invests in you !

Schools have counseling centers which can help, as can regular exercise.

I’ve been sleeping less and it’s effecting my life help

@Dateless You should sleep more, try to set a regular sleep schedule and I recommend sleep tracking apps that measure your sleep quality.

As for me, I get enough sleep but my tiredness is more psychological if anything. I hope you manage to get some sleep soon.
