@HoraceGreenley Your a Trump guy, that's proving to be suicide hun!! 🤷♀️
islandgirl55 · 26-30, F
@HoraceGreenley No one is asking you to. Your original comment was that there is no anthropogenic climate change. That is unequivocally false. People do contribute. But this is out of hand, no one is asking for anyone to commit suicide. All we are saying is that human beings have contributed to climate change.
HoraceGreenley · 61-69, M
@islandgirl55 no, my statement is true.

Do you have a source on that one?
I read an article a year or so back that explained a lot of the inputs are from made up data. Areas are being reported where no thermometer exists. Guess what all those locations were significantly warmer than the nearest actual thermometer.
Do you have a source on that one?
I do not believe in climate change or any nonsense the WHO promotes

The Cato Institute is a right-wing think-tank funded by oil billionaires. Of course they're going to pay shills to deny global warming

Melting Ice Reveals Ancient Viking Route in Norway - The ...

Seems we were much warmer in the past too. Melting Ice and snow revealed ancient Viking roadways? Perhaps the Viking cooking fires and their livestock's flatulence warmed up the north country back then too eh?

Which explains why YOU are here!
t's only a tiny and especially retarded fraction of the world's capitalists that want to tie this to politics.
Which explains why YOU are here!

@Pavona Wrong but thanks for being a willing dupe.

@Budwick Nah, I know the difference between politics and science. You're the one who is constitutionally unable to render unto caesar.
Capitalists, communists, hippies, etc - all might have different ideas about how to approach the situation (or indeed whether to approach the situation), but only a certain brand of retard would prefer to pretend it simply does not exist because for some bizarre reason they find it politically inconvenient.

America the only nation claiming climate change is a hoax & pro wrestling is real! 🤦♀️
smileylovesgaming · 31-35, F
I don't think people that live at the glacial poles would believe this guy. Every year there is less and less ice. Also there is no new ice growing at all
@smileylovesgaming That's probably true, of course. But it doesn't prove that Carbon Dioxide from human emissions are the cause of any global warming in one area of any part of the Earth. The Earth has been heating and cooling for the past millions of years. Do it more complicated than just measurement from a few years.
smileylovesgaming · 31-35, F
@Messi I like to read real people reports of Greenland and Antarctica.
@smileylovesgaming reading real people reports on current climate might be un related to overall climate change. However , I do believe that clime change is real but unrelated to carbon dioxide emissions. what you might be describing is global warming in its natural status. But this has nothing to do with its causes

Whether there is anthropometric global warming or not, it’s stupid AF to rely on fossil fuel. One of the most strategic reasons is that the stuff is more valuable as building blocks for organic chemistry— plastics, pharmaceuticals, etc.— than burning the shit up. You think it is untenable now to have an alternative to gasoline powered engines— wait until there are few options to make plastics or industrial lubricants, sealing materials, etc. That is a bigger world of hurt.
@CopperCicada A few years ago there was the process of thermal depolymerization. But the people that were trying it didn't do to well. I believe it was an efficiency issue. Which if it had of worked well would had made limitless oil. And thus limitless pollution as well.

One other thing I've seen: Cities, using the "pounds of CO2 emissions" argument, have begun outlawing drive-throughs at restaurants, on the basis that we're going to melt the ice caps and all drown because of them. Meanwhile, how many restaurants in the past month have been able to survive because they have drive-throughs while sit-down-only restaurants are closed for good? So much for the wisdom of the climate change cult.

Man-made climate change: Bunch of nonsense. Meanwhile, a real crisis means problems for the fake crisis. https://www.miningjournal.net/opinion/2020/03/anti-pandemic-rules-the-opposite-of-anti-climate-change-rules/
