I don't think people that live at the glacial poles would believe this guy. Every year there is less and less ice. Also there is no new ice growing at all
@smileylovesgaming maybe, but is this caused by Carbon Emissions or is it natural. The Climate models are definitely wrong
smileylovesgaming · 31-35, F
@Messi it is true Climate models are definitely wrong. But the planet is warming up
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@Messi It is 55 below in the antarctic at the moment with colder temperatures to the north. It is 13 below at the Alert near the North Pole even colder in Greenland. Not much ice and snow melting at either location.
@smileylovesgaming yes, but it been heating up and cooling down for millions of years
@hippyjoe1955 Again, I tend to agree

@Messi Greenland and Antarctica have had record high heat wave last few month's. I remember reading about it in Feb and March. This guy even went swimming in this river that formed from melting ice. They said it was all most 70 degrees that day. Even showed pictures from space of all the melting in just a couple of week's time
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@smileylovesgaming No. There was one very warm day in the northern tip of Antarctica. Then it set a record cold a few days later. Greenland had on warm day then set several cold records. There simply is no extended period of time where there is massive ice melts in either Antarctica or Greenland.

@hippyjoe1955 you can check it out on Google news. That is how I found out about it. Even the guy swimming in the river in Feb
@smileylovesgaming That's probably true, of course. But it doesn't prove that Carbon Dioxide from human emissions are the cause of any global warming in one area of any part of the Earth. The Earth has been heating and cooling for the past millions of years. Do it more complicated than just measurement from a few years.

@Messi I like to read real people reports of Greenland and Antarctica.
@smileylovesgaming reading real people reports on current climate might be un related to overall climate change. However , I do believe that clime change is real but unrelated to carbon dioxide emissions. what you might be describing is global warming in its natural status. But this has nothing to do with its causes
