What’s a school year that you hated the most.

My last year of college. My softball coach left for a better gig( he recruited me). The replacement was an unqualified fatty who couldn't coach. Most of the top talent transferred and I had an academic scholarship as well that I could not afford to give up. So I stayed. We didn't like each other and she made life difficult until I went to see the AD. He caught her act at practice and she was fired after the season. I tore an ACL in practice ending my career so I could stay away from her.

That year really sucked for me

I pretty much hated school in general.
My favorite year was 4th grade because the teacher was a really good teacher.

9th grade. My dear friend was killed in a drunk driving accident.

I hated school PERIOD because I don't like being told what to do. 5th grade was the worst. I got glasses that year.

It’s between 8th and 9th grade. 8th grade I experienced my first deep depression and slipped into the worst era of my ED. 9th grade I was forced into hospitalization and when I went back to school everyone told me how healthy I looked. In the anorexic world, healthy is the worst thing you can ever call us. It’s basically saying we are fat. Then I fell behind all my classes and secluded myself from friends because I was focused on losing the weight I was forced to gain.

The 4th grade. Early in the year our teacher had to move out of state. The new teacher hated me and made my life miserable. I would get a D- on a test. Then I would compare my answers to my friends. I should have gotten an A, but she hated me and threatened to send me to the Principal for daring to question her.

7th grade. I went from being a big shot in elementary school to a so-so guy in a big junior high school. 8th was better due to my athletic accomplishments, and 9th was great as a freshman in high school.

7 was my only real bad year. Overwhelming going from a small, tight Catholic grammer school to a large public jr high. Took about the entire year for me to get back to my prankish self 😎

6th. I only had 2 friends and really felt deeply how I didn't fit in with the popular kids. I had a mean girl call me fat, it really messed with my self esteem.

I never hated school...but 6th grade was rough when I got braces. Awkward looking adolescent with a mouthful of metal. 🫣

Year 3, when I left home to start boarding school 😥

3rd in primary school. I was a new kid and pretty behind at math.

8th grade. You know there’s always a couple of girls who develop ahead of everyone else; the boys and even some of the male teachers act silly around them ? I was one of those girls. And in those days you were treated like [b]you’d[/b] done something wrong. 🙁
