I Love YogaI often start my Hatha or Ashtanga yoga sessions with the Corpse Pose (Savasana). When I relax my spine and allow it to decompress, I often feel a pleasant tingling sensation in my quads for about 30 to 60 seconds. Does this happen to anyone else?
