Do you still sleep in your normal position or side? I noticed I always do this no matter what bed I sleep in, even if I move into the centre for a while, I will always end up moving back to the left side to sleep.
for a while i was sleeping on one side or the other or maybe the middle and sometimes diagnol but lately i've been turning into s's and a's and z's while i sleep trying to contort to the animals. my lab learned he likes to sleep under my legs at my end of day phone time and for some reason it's really warped my sleeping habits 💀
If you approach it with open conversation, sleeping in a different bed or room from your partner—often referred to as a "sleep divorce"—can greatly enhance your quality of sleep and general health.
@elixirhtc my husband has passed away. Part of the reason I struggle to sleep now is because I hate being alone. I have bad anxiety at nighttime and that keeps me awake.
