I take a walk most days
Very peaceful

I don’t really have a peaceful time of day right now. I wake up very early and it’s time to myself, it’s dark and quiet, but I need more sleep so it doesn’t feel peaceful. I just wish I could sleep 😂 My son is getting older so maybe in a few years I’ll have less on my shoulders.

After supper, around 7..8pm. The daily chores are finished and nothing left to do but sit still and exhale. During the summer months, I love watching the fireflies appear, rise out of the grass and start their flight upwards. Just magical.

Early in the morning before anyone else is awake and at night just before bed when she has already fallen asleep.

Between 4 and 5 in the evening.

Morning when I wake up to the quiet house and everyone else is still sleeping

Between 6 am and 2 pm- I have the house to myself.

Im an early riser and enjoy the quiet.

Just before sunrise when the world is just waking up

I feel most peaceful very late at night. The telemarketers have gone home, and I can stream a movie, and just veg.

Maybe 6am 🕕 everyone is asleep ☕️

Right about now. Finished work had tea and now sat in the garden chilling. 18 30

Depends on the definition, sometimes, the moments after I exercise, my cooling down period, with endorphin levels at their peak, my body calming down, is the greatest feeling, on the other hand, the night, just before going to sleep, i am at rest. I hope to be asleep between 4 and 5 AM!
