What is the most peaceful time of your day?

I don’t really have a peaceful time of day right now. I wake up very early and it’s time to myself, it’s dark and quiet, but I need more sleep so it doesn’t feel peaceful. I just wish I could sleep 😂 My son is getting older so maybe in a few years I’ll have less on my shoulders.

@Renkon I’m almost 40 and my son is 9, I’d call it struggles of an older mother 😂

No he sleeps great. I try to keep him having fun, that’s what gets exhausting.

After supper, around 7..8pm. The daily chores are finished and nothing left to do but sit still and exhale. During the summer months, I love watching the fireflies appear, rise out of the grass and start their flight upwards. Just magical.

@ShadowWorker It's such a relief to be able to leave the stresses of the day behind and decompress.

And the sight of fireflies rising from the ground like splinters from a campfire is lovely. wow

@Renkon Nope. I am just awake at night. If I am not careful I stay up all night, and I have to force myself to go to bed around midnight to 1 am.

Depends on the definition, sometimes, the moments after I exercise, my cooling down period, with endorphin levels at their peak, my body calming down, is the greatest feeling, on the other hand, the night, just before going to sleep, i am at rest. I hope to be asleep between 4 and 5 AM!
