As you can see by the replies it's not acceptable. Yet I have had online relationships long before dating sites existed. And it sure does beat getting stabbed in the back with a real knife or ribs cracked at some bar.

That's yet to happen on any online relationship that I have ever heard of.

When it comes to relationships i typically only aim fof making friends, and seeing if anything can build past that, but do i specifically look for like A life partner, no i dont really look for that on here. besides most of the people i talk to have real lives and that keeps us at the friend stage a lot and im okay with that.
