What does marriage means to you?

Loving and living with your best friend and soulmate...

That's only if you are lucky to find the right person...

For me , its the greatest thing I have ever done. I cant possibly think about not being his wife or he my husband. He is the rock everything else I depend on and believe is anchored to.

For me it is loving my best friend,my soulmate

A good life. He's my best friend, lover, and father of my kids. Truly blessed.

It's not the rings, flowers, cake, or the ceremony, or the paperwork. It's devotion. The pain of loosing a love through death or insanity are difficult. I have experienced both. I do not wish to go through it again but one says the same thing when a pet dies. Nature abhorres a vacuum and so does the heart.

We dated for almost 8 years, beginning when we were 15, so marriage was something I looked forward to for a long time. It has been as good as I hoped, and we still love each other completely after 40 years together. It means total devotion.
