How did you get over someone you were very attracted to?

Carnality is done quickly. Those I’ve loved I will never get over. You just kind of learn to live with it and put up walls so it won’t happen again. Sad I know but it’s my way

Not my problem, but my wife says she just went on to the next guy and forgot about the first one.

I mean, you never really get over them, but enough time gives you the chance to have others take their place.

Erm I don't think you could replicate it. I have this thing I do sometimes that turns my emotions down. do that enough while thinking about/being around someone and your brain tends to associate them with apathy. At that point they blend into the background and even positive interactions feel dull.

Not so sure it really ever happens. Perhaps it's time and alternatives that eventually just provide new distractions.
