Can you do anything when a friend is jealous of you?

Make sure the feeling they have is actually Jealousy.

Some people are overwhelmed with love for you and are not sure how to deal with it. They don't mind you being joyful. They simply want you to be joyful with them. They are proud of your accomplishments, but they want to be with you in those moments.

We misinterpret it for jealousy.

I'm not claiming that's the case for you and your friend. But, just to be safe, reman kind to them.

Sure, you can continue doing pretty much everything you did before. Just make sure they're not around when you're doing it if you don't want to get interrupted by moaning about it.

My gay guy friend became jealous because my coworker a 55 year old straight married woman, kept swapping to work with me all the time. Him and another coworker thought this woman coworker was obsessed with me and they didn’t like they never got to work with me without this woman being there. Those were the days. A few months later, my two friends left and I was left with this coworker who apparently was obsessed with me. I feel I should have talked about it before they left instead of laughed it off but really it sounds pretty childish. I don’t speak to any of the three of them now. I do miss them.

Nope, and it isn't worth the effort, but you can end the friendship if the jealousy is toxic.
