I think a vast majority of the people around you don't think about you one way or another. Like most of us.

I'm sure the ones who do think about you at all like you, at least most of them.

The only time people really hate others is if someone is doing something to make one's life more difficult.
Like uncooperative neighbors, thieves, vandalists, violent criminals, some prick boss at work...

Most people do not fit into such categories.

I think most of us worry about being hated or looked down on or whatever. We worry what others think, or they do not like us, etc.

I think it stems from ruined self esteem when we were kids and people did judge us or made us feel inferior. In the real world people are not AS quick to judge because we know we are ALL screwed up and have no room to judge.

This could be a trauma response

Dont feel bad.. Besides here i dont have nobody to ever talk to either.. And been single 10 years.. So i KNOW the feeling of isolation.. Im sorry 😞

More reason to go hiking since you're not around many people and the few you meet are usually quite friendly

Well first off, if everyone hated you why would it be a secret? Who would they keep it secret from? I don't hate you and I don't even know you. I bet lots of people who don't know you don't hate you either.

Because you think that about yourself.

Mind playing. I have the same problem too but, I usually Keep it myself...when I see one bad Turd then I see every Bad Turds who are the Opposite of Bad Turds.


My advice. Do some research how to tell which one is who.

It's not true, of course. But try telling that to your subconscious.
