Yeah, Mayberry is extremely limited and if you know religion is bunk, you are SOL. People here in Arkansas - the fifth most unhappy State (5 year resident) stay home to avoid each other. Moved here because the cost of living, But married nearly 25 years.

It's different in small, more rural areas. I hear it from people where I live. I don't know what the answer is. Proximity is a big deal when it comes to meeting people. On the other hand, just being open to meeting people can sometimes drop the right person(s) in your lap. It's interesting how that works. Good luck.
