I'm the same way. I sometimes, (more often than not,) will spend all day in my pajama bottoms just to either feel comfortable or because I'm just not motivated to actually get dressed.
I'm sorry you're not feeling well. I wish I could be there to give you a helping hand and/or take care of you so you could get more rest.
On the plus side, it's Friday. If you're not working the weekend, you can rest up and relax. Hope you feel better real soon.

I just got in from spending time at metaphysical shops and a Halloween shadow night. Your right pants are overrated, but I wore a kilt. Now it’s just a robe. Comfy and relaxed.
