When you spend less time online and more time in your own world, you start finding things again. New things. Beautiful things. Unexpected things. There's a whole lot to see and feel offline if you just give yourself a moment to go look. I'm so very proud of myself for how well a cheap hanging basket of flowers from Lowes is doing. All I did was pick up the cheapest one I saw & hang it up in my front yard but it's doing well. So to me goes the credit. 😅

@Bexsy The rose bush came from my nana's house after my grandfather passed away last year. I'm really glad it's making more flowers this year, it was kind punky after being moved. 🤔
Very true. Read an article recently where when people stopped using their cell phones for social media, emails, etc for 2 weeks...their brain's cognitive level increased to a level like they were 10 years younger.
