1.Bike trail riding. Going airborn off of rocks, bouncing off a tree or 2, a good adrenaline ride.
2. If you know things valuable to children and get along with them, teach. It doesn't take a degree to volunteer at a youth center.
3.If you are able, try to help someone truly in need every day.
4.Rather than getting angry about little things, consider the immensity of the universe, and comparitively, how small we and our problems really are,
5.Strive to learn something new every day. Never stop learning.

@hunkalove You don't by chance have any Jonathan Brandis lint do you? He's the only one I missing from the Seaquest DSV cast. Surprising but his lint is even rarer than Roy Scheider's.
