Come to Norway, we have good water. Best I ever had is from a little river coming down from the mountain here. It's so popular someone added a hose tap to it so it's easier for everyone to fill their bottles.

For drinking? No. But I wouldn’t drink yeast either, and that’s also good for pizza dough 🤷‍♂
