@DunningKruger i was calling to ask about something and someone kept accepting my call then hanging up without talking to me. i spent my entire break from work trying to call and then when she finally answered she was so mean 😐 i should have asked to speak to her supervisor

@DunningKruger Oh you just can't get a person on the phone, no one seems to know how to do anything, one department doesn't talk to the other. All they try to do is sell you more products. They are basically incompetent.

T mobile phone company, I paid monthly and after I reached using a 100 minutes they was sposed to take out $13,well one month I was at 89 minutes and they took my money, I called told them put it back and she hung up, I call again another lady hang up on me, I call the head office talk to supervisor, she checked those calls gave me my money back gave me 3 months free and fired the two ladies
