If anyone has gotten a massage before

I'm an aromatherapist. You can keep your pants on, your therapist should leave the room whilst you're undressing and knock before re-entering so you have time to make yourself comfortable and covered on the couch. She will then place towels over your body so you should never be fully exposed. During the massage, all parts that she is not working on will remain covered by towels. Professional massage therapists work to a code of conduct, your comfort and dignity should be a top priority, they want you to feel at ease because, the more relaxed you are, the more effective treatment is going to be but also, they want you to come back! 😊

I had my first massage as part of the treatment for a bad back. Honestly, i gave no thought to the fact that i naked, i just wanted to feel better. Your bra will definitely need to go. Ask your therapist.

It is a great relaxant and therapeutic after a physical workout. Also to relieve tension and stiffness.
Don't overthink the experience.

I had a back massage so I had my pants on, just unbuttoned. I couldn't relax the first time and had inner tremor most of that day. Like when you think you're chilled and cool about it but your body tells you: "nope my dear, you're not."

It depends on the place. I prefer being naked because it's less restricting when they start bending your legs around. But I'm sure if you feel uncomfortable, you can keep the undies on and it'll be fine.

I’m had so many ! I’ve been going like several times a year over the past 40 years. Keep underwear on, Everything else off for full body . They are very professional. It’ll be the best thing ever

Ive never had a professional one but i know people that have. The kept their underwear on but bra was removed. They also could choose male or female masseuse.

Only twice, I was naked both times.

I was nude and had a towel over my butt. Of course I had a woman too.
