If anyone has gotten a massage before

How did you feel comfortable the first time doing it? Or maybe it wasn't uncomfortable. I've heard you're naked under the towel for a full body massage. But keeping on underwear should be ok, right?

Sports massage for injuries, you are still clothed and not pleasant haha
