I am still waiting it out before getting active. I hope to write some stories and actively discuss things and have fun on the Q&A, but so far the operative word is "hope" and not yet "expect" to.
The site could get more active members that used to be on EP, and that would be needed for me to see this as comparable, but I don't see that happening before there's a bit more progress. I'm waiting it out for now, and just dropping in to check for new developments.
The only suggestion I do have is to not set "relevant" as default selection on the mainstream. Many think that the site is slower because of the limited amount of posts when they log in, and most of it is not really relevant. It seems that the profiles people have watched matter to that selection. This puts posts by annoying people in that stream too. People often check profiles of users with less pleasant posts.

I like the new options on the feed, and the pm's are great to have available. I also love the smileys and the ability to add pics to posts and pm's.

I think the site is better than EP was!

@Elandra77 the team opened it when they did to get feedback from the members. The team is working very hard everyday to make the site better. The team does have lives outside of the site.

The site is great, i wish that there was some sort of main feed had stories from just groups that I am in, as opposed to just every story that is posted.

Definatly taking this further then EP ever did. That's good.

I still wish there was area that would focus more on personal experience or longer stories then the twitter feed we have now.


Don't get me wrong, the twitter feed is great and fun, but an area for a little more serious behavior and and area for longer more meaningful posting would be nice.

And some way for posts of substiance to stay towards the top, or user favorites.

I don't know how that could be done though.

Everything is awesome here. Only thing I'd like is a way to see who's online. But I know it's being worked on.

To Jessa29: I am liking this site so far, however there is one FATAL flaw to me. I'm really disliking how some of the profiles are blurred out and you can't message them, I wanted to contact people I know on here, but couldn't because of it. But still, thank you so much for your work on the site and I wish you all good luck. :)

Not really. The timing of the opening of this site was all wrong. So much hype on ep--far too little delivered.

It is long past the 20th- thr closing date of ep'yet far too little has been delivered.


EP was s support site. This id a social site. Big difference.

I can't wait for the inbox options to be available so I don't even have to see most of my weird messages. And also maybe when we post pictures with our stories, it doesn't automatically save them to our photo albums

Even though this site isn't 100% complete, the interface is easy to use and the features are nice.

yeah, i love it, but i will suggest a option in the "We're working on this!" to see why each feature in yet, for example, if you click in mobile app it says, We're working on testing everything is working in all softwares, maybe i could help that people dont constantly ask for a why a feature isnt being implemented.

@jess29 - I don't understand? When I click on my groups I see the groups I have joined, but nowhere to see if there have been new stories written in the groups without going through them one by one?

I generally enjoy the site, but feel my biggest issue with the site is that I can't just ask a question or share a story. My biggest gripe with this site is that i have to search in groups to ask or share a story. The other updates are mostly irrelevant to me.

Status update: Just changed it and majority of the profiles are starting to show, but some profiles are still doing it. Only a small 2% of the profiles are doing it though, I guess i'll leave it on this setting then. :)

Yes, I'm enjoying this site. I had a suggestion but I read today that being able to give permission to receive or not pms from other users is coming soon.

Only a question. I would like to know what is it done with a user who stalks and threats another? Does he receive a warnning or is he banned?

@Jessa29 Yeah I know that users who are under 18 are not allowed to talk to user over 18, but I've been seeing profiles that are over 18 and seeing profiles that are under 18 being blocked out. Is it because their "mature" setting is different?

Thank you for asking, and yes I am...it's getting better by the week. There is one thing that I would really like to get changed in this site. When I scroll down the list to check notifications or questions and read one, and use the "back" button on my computer this site always goes to the top of the list instead of where I was last reading. It is a minor hassle and time-consuming to go back down the list and find the place where I left off last, especially if I have over 100 notifications.

How about being able to delete old notifications and having a drop-down notifications instead of a new notification page.
