Thoughts of Miley and me twerkin' down the aisle at John Olinger's swingin' bachelor pad in Falakata naked as jaybirds on our wedding day.

Bears, coyotes, wolves, etc and etc looking for food

brain wanting to ruminate over my ex

I don't really know I've had trouble sleeping since i was a kid.

Anxiety, insomnia, and sometimes my dog, if he's whining because of a storm.

Anxiety about the future, feeling sad that my husband has gone and stressing about all the stuff I have to do. I miss my husband's guidance and logic. I can be a bit of a stress head.

Coughing my lungs up and peeing myself. I feel like crap.

Worrying that the paving contractor is ripping us off and won;t come back to complete the job.

As a previous cocaine user I find that I have, even after all these years, pretty regular bouts of insomnia.

Annoying, but you learn to live with it.

My eyes mostly it’s really inconsiderate of them

Not a lot really. Once I`m down it isn`t long before I`m snoring.

Overthinking

I don't know. Probably hormones. And also worries about my future.

Worrying about the future. ☹

Honestly I don't know lately. I've been having to take something to sleep otherwise I'm up all night. I'm fairly certain it's the seasonal change.
