Poetic justice. If it's winter then it would be one of my fur coats he stole off me, and I'd really be pissed. I'd say something snobby to him like that's karma MF'er, and I'm only calling for help because there are probably cameras around and I don't need the cops picking me up later asking why I left a broken man on the street.

Go over and grab the phone ONLY. Call 9-1-1. Then when the police arrive, ask to sit in one of their warm cars, and allow the police to examine the evidence of the theft, so that IF the thief survives, they can arrest him for the theft.
