Nah, I'm the same as I've always been (minus the similar intense perviness XD ), just more seasoned and intensified. :)
@thepeculiarpanda and a good friend 😌
RebelRaven · 51-55, F
In some ways yes, but I was a very angry kid and I’m glad that part is gone.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
@RebelRaven I wish I could say the same but I can't. 😅

Completely different now! Becoming a parent was when I first started to really change.
PatientlyWaiting25 · 46-50, F
I'm kinder now and I have more restraint. As a kid I would just get into fights with other kids if I thought they said or did something they shouldn't have been. I still have the same sense of justice and loyalty, I'm just calmer with it.

That's commendable, keeping the kid spirit alive.
No, I think I'm more different now. But of course some core values have stayed and traits, like my humor too. I've been goofy my whole life.

There is a part of me that is still the child, or at least wishes that I was, and that's deep inside this broken and cynical robot 🤔
@ostfuidctyvm with a kickass sense of humor
I've changed a lot, and mostly for the better. I grew up with racism, homophobia, ableism, etc. I'm working hard on leaving that behind.
Captainjackass · 31-35, M
Vastly different. I was a very innocent and naive child who didn’t know anything about the world.
CrazyMusicLover · 31-35
Something life-shaped. My mother told me that my personality drastically changed when I was a child. When I was a toddler I was allegedly fearless and quite social and had a lot of energy. Then I changed, got quiet, shy and overly cautious. Of course, I can't remember it. I remember that I had anxiety all my life. There are traits that stick with me and traits that changed with different stages of life.

I was very shy as a child.. i’m less so now..
SleepingWithGhosts · 46-50, M
I'm really not like a kid anymore, except when it comes to my liking of film and music. Too many experiences, both good and bad, have molded me into the person that I am today. It's a shame in a way, I used to be carefree and live life to the fullest. Now I'm anxious all the time, I worry constantly, I'm lonely, and I'm sad a lot.
SpectralMourning · 41-45, M
Definitely plenty of elements that have stuck around. The dreamer, the humor, the introvert. I suppose even with them hanging around the adult version of me has made it all a little bit more grounded. I can accept that sometimes the need to function is going to outweigh a feeling.
11knaves11 · 46-50, M
I don't think ive changed much. Im a little more open to changes in small doses. I mean we all adapt and evolve over time in varying degress. I think something i miss and appreciate more is humor. I let the perv out occasionally as well
IM5688 · 70-79, M
I'm the same as you, personality is basically still the same as when I was a kid. Same humor. Same fear of people and crowds. The only thing that’s changed is I’m way more pervy now.
Kinda scary right?

There is still a lot of the child in me: love of the outdoors, curiosity, etc. I have gained more confidence over the years, and that's good.
Sutten · 36-40, F
Life shaped over time. Im definately not who I was as a child.
Adogslife · 61-69, M
Life lessons have allowed me to grow, to be less myopic, to care. I owe it all to women I’ve had relationships with.
Degbeme · 70-79, M
Well lets see, I`m taller and older, but still have the mind of a 12 year old. ;)
