Both an emotional and a physical outlet. They can bleed into each other, but I cope through calm self expression which I channel through my writing. Plus exercise for that pent up release of physical energy. It can be any creative endeavor, but release and working through emotions is crucial. Don't just isolate or repress.

Just on the tail end of a dialectical behaviour therapy course. Loved it. But i exercise too. Been out for a 1.5 hour walk earlier. That helped too.

Swimming and aerial gymnastics, which I do everyday anyway, but they both keep my mind focused on what's real and what isn't.
