What would be the hardest thing to give up?

My anorexia, I guess. I’ve got it more so under control… but it’s my go to when I’m stressed. I don’t think I’ll ever totally give it up. When I’m old and my wife has passed… that’s probably how I’ll go, I’ll just quit eating.

Life. So very hard. Beyond that things mean very little to me. It is about people to me.

How about you tell me? What do you think would be the hardest thing for me to give up?

For me? Comfort in general. I'm NOT a girl who likes to "rough it". I hate camping (unless there are showers, hot water, and comfy beds). I am a completely different person without good sleep, good food, and hot water.

I've always found it hard to give up food that I like. I seem to have trouble not being with my wife since her health went south. I hire a home health aid to give me time away and then don't leave....

Giving up hope would be hard..its all I live off. I feel Im scraping by everyday so hope is all I have for better days. Also coffee would be tough too lol.

My knowledge that life is eternal and that consciousness survives physical death. It's the one thing I'm looking forward to the most.

For me, it's alcohol...I've quit smoking and using other drugs, but I can't kick the booze.
Sometimes I've made it a few months without drinking, only to get drunk several days in a row.
Right now I'm drinking rum, and it's just past 12PM...I'm sure that I'll be drunk soon.

I am type 2 and I find sugar almost impossible to give up.
